  1. betul betul.. bila nak start workout, sikit punya payah.. macam2 rasa. tapi bila makin lama in to the workout, best je rasa..

    1. Kan, Zarith kan? Yani aritu masa nak start balik bersenam (especially zumba) , rasa nak menangis sebab rasa badan lemau sangat. Banyak step terlupa, rasa macam loser sgt...tapi once bila dah boleh catch-up steps, memang rasa best je. Energetic!

    1. Salam kenal juga kepada NZL...azam nak sihat ni memang untuk sepanjang hayat yang Allah SWT izinkan...sangat cemburu tengok warga tua especially non-Malay yang masih aktif bersenam ....impian nak jadi macam diorunk.
