Cabaran 90 Hari 2014 : 10 Miles Powerwalk

Perfect recipe for a safe, smart and healthy workout :

Warm up - general warm up - gradually increase pace - brisk exercise - gradually bring the body back down - decrease heart rate - muscle stretching

Cabar diri untuk berpowerwalk sejauh 10 miles (16.09km) sepanjang malam ini bermula lewat petang sehingga ke tengah malam. Berehat sekejap waktu solat Maghrib, minum shake dan solat Isyak.
